    I visited Shotz for the first time... technically second... but the first was with my old roomie... Didn't count as it was briefly then he went to do his ye olde emo thin g lmao (long story not getting into it) but this time was first real time there... It was fucking awesome! I met a few great people there... Brian and Michelle for two! They were awesome patrons and dare I say friends of the establishment too! ) Oh I won't stop there... the bartender and server on duty (September 16, 2011) were exceptionable! I don't know their names, so sorry for descriptions haha. The bartender was a bigger fella, but awesome customer service, when I ever just wanted to chat or wanted a new beer he was always there. He offered the nights specials and was always courteous and hospitable. I would nominate him for a White Hat Award in an instant. Now the server (again, sorry for not knowing her name), She wore a light blue scarf around her neck, even though she never served me directly, she always wore a brilliant smile and greeted me... Gave her a quick five dollar tip as I was leaving for the night as well as the bartender gentleman. They both were hella respectful and always wore great smiles and I commend them for that. Great customer service and a model example for the rest of the employees. I'll definitely be back, especially this Sunday (September 18, 2011. I helped them clean up as a an extra tip haha P My experience was sooo worth it. They both equally made my stay very enjoyable!=] Again I would nominate both of them for a White Hat Award... If I could only know how!=] Now with the food, the food was exceptional to say the least. I only ordered the wings, but I would definitely order more as it was delicious. Congrats to the kitchen! On a last note, please commend and congratulate the bartender and server that I mentioned for a great night, and because of them I will be back Sunday as mentioned! Hope to see both of them again! I had a great time and you guys are epically awesome! ve been to yet! No Joke!=]
